No, this machine can hold a variety of products, including snacks, vapes, cigarettes, pouches, perfume, and other cosmetics.
At VVM Vending, we take pride in offering a wide range of top-tier vape brands that customers across the country know and love. Our machines are stocked with industry-leading names such as Geek Bar, RAZ, Breeze, Lost Mary, HQD, Air Bar, and Fume, ensuring that your customers always have access to their favorite products.
The licensing requirements for vape vending machines vary by location. Generally, you’ll need to ensure that you have the proper business and tobacco licenses for your area. Additionally, because our machines include age verification, they help ensure compliance with local regulations, but it’s important to check specific state or city laws regarding vending and vaping products. We recommend contacting your local regulatory authority to confirm the requirements for your business.
Vape machines typically need to be refilled every 1-2 weeks, depending on how busy your location is.
You can monitor inventory through the machine’s backend software, which also sends email alerts when stock is running low.
If the vape doesn’t drop into the collection box, customers won’t be charged. Our machines have a drop sensor to detect successful deliveries. If a vape doesn’t fall, the charge may show as ‘pending’ on their bank statement, but it will disappear. In rare cases, if the sensor malfunctions, you can easily refund the customer through the credit card processor.
Yes, vape vending machines typically require ID verification before making a purchase. Since vaping products are age-restricted, most machines are equipped with an age verification system that scans the back of your ID to confirm you’re of legal age.
No, the age identification process does not cost any money. When using a vape vending machine, you won’t be charged for verifying your age. The ID scan is just a quick, free step to ensure that you’re of legal age to purchase vape products. You will just need to purchase the ID Scanning add on when buying your machine.
Vape vending machines check age by scanning your ID, typically using a driver’s license or other government-issued ID. The machine reads the information to verify that you are of legal age to purchase vape products. If the ID is valid and shows you meet the age requirement, you can proceed with the transaction.
The QR code face scanning age verification costs 23 cents per verified ID scan. To use this service, simply add a balance to your backend system wallet using Paypal.
